Hi, I’m Jonas. I believe healing is simple – and already within you. You don’t need to be special. You don’t need to do it “right.” You just need to be open.

Since I was 12 years old, I’ve known this was my path. It just took me a little while to say yes. After ten years working as a store manager, I followed the calling and started my healing practice.
In my work, I help people reconnect with their energy and with their soul. I work with the body’s energy system to activate its natural healing process. The energy doesn’t need to be controlled or forced, it just needs space to flow.
My healing guides work through me, and I trust that fully. Each session is a mix of conversation, presence, and energy healing. Sometimes it’s quiet. Sometimes emotional. But always yours.
I believe healing is for everyone. You don’t have to understand how it works, you just need to allow it. No pressure. No performance. Just energy, and you.
